How long we take
This is a weekend column, so most replies go out at weekends. Expect a few days for anything general, and longer in a quiet month. If your message needs a decision rather than an answer — whether a game belongs on the page, for instance — it will wait for the next edition rather than get a rushed reply.
Reporting an error in the store figures
Ratings, review totals, download counts and prices on the ranking were read from each game's own Google Play listing on the day the edition was compiled, and they move afterwards. If a number on a card no longer matches the listing, send the game's name and what the listing says now. A screenshot helps but is not required. Corrections are appended to the entry with a date, and the original line stays visible so you can see what changed.
What we cannot help with
We do not distribute software, cannot recover a purchase, and have no access to any account or refund process. Anything to do with a payment, an installation or a device belongs with the game's own developer or with Google Play support. Requests for paid placement or for a pre-publication look at an entry get a polite no.
