1. What this site is
The Evening Report, at stillwater-collective.com, is an editorial publication operated by Stillwater Collective Media LLC. It publishes commentary and a ranking of Android games that are listed publicly on Google Play. It is not a shop, not a distributor and not a directory. No software is hosted here, nothing is transmitted to your device beyond the pages themselves, and there is nothing on the site to acquire.
2. Our scores are opinion
Every score, place and badge on this site is editorial judgement formed by our own column against the criteria published on the method section of the home page. It is not a measurement, not a certification and not advice to buy, install or spend money. Our score is deliberately not the Google Play star average and should not be read as a restatement of it. Reasonable readers will order the same games differently, and we say so on the ranking itself.
3. Accuracy of store figures
Ratings, review totals, download counts, prices, genres and titles quoted on this site were read from each game's own Google Play listing at the time the edition was compiled, and they change without notice. We do not warrant that any figure is current at the moment you read it. The listing is always the authoritative source for price, in-app purchases, permissions, device compatibility and availability, and you should check it before making any decision.
4. Independence
Placement in the ranking is not for sale. No developer, publisher or agency pays for inclusion, position or wording, and no entry is shown to a third party before publication. There is no affiliate or commission arrangement behind any outgoing link on this site. Should that ever change, it will be disclosed plainly on the ranking page.
5. Intellectual property and trademarks
The text, page structure, layout and editorial scoring on this site belong to Stillwater Collective Media LLC. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link; wholesale reproduction of pages, or republication of the ranking as a whole, requires written permission. Game titles, logos, artwork and screenshots remain the property of their respective owners and appear here for the purpose of identification and editorial comment. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim of affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from Google LLC or any game publisher.
6. Outgoing links
The only external destination used for games on this site is the game's own listing on Google Play. Those pages are operated by Google and are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, terms or the behaviour of any application obtained through them, and following such a link places you under Google's terms and privacy policy rather than ours.
7. No warranty
The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We aim for accuracy and correct mistakes when we find them, but we do not promise that the site is free of error or that it will be reachable at any given moment.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stillwater Collective Media LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site, from reliance on any opinion or figure published here, or from your dealings with any third party reached through an outgoing link. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the minimum permitted. Nothing here affects rights you hold that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
9. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades service for other readers, or reproduce it in a way that presents our editorial judgement as somebody else's. Automated republication of the ranking without permission is not acceptable use.
10. Changes and contact
These terms may be revised, and the review date at the top of the page records when that last happened. Continuing to use the site after a revision means accepting the revised version.
